The Owners are residents of Cincinnati and in Property management business. Residential and Commercial Rehab is also main part of our business. We import flooring for our captive use. Selling additional stock here
Location for Pickup or Delivery Options
Our Warehouse is located in near 1550 Tremont Cincinnati , Ohio. Dock Facility Available for large quantity loading. You are welcome to pick up from the warehouse . Optionally we can delivery for $99 up to 1 pallet within 25 mile radius. (1 pallet is about 1500 SFT)
Color options
At this time we have only the Grey Oak in stock. Please check the other colors we can preorder . You are welcome to visit the site before purchase to check it out. We can possibly visit the actual site this flooring is installed
How Are we Different & Who’s Our Competition?
We have transparent pricing. The only additional charge is tax. We charge extra for delivery. We believe our prices are among the lowest in Cincinnati OH area. Please compare 20 mil wear layer cost in Major Retail stores.
Payments for the Order
For First time Customers, We are unable to accept Credit card online or phone sale at this time. Invoice amount should by paid by Money Order or Credit card Payment can be processed during pickup in person.
Proper Installation of Flooring
Expansion Gaps & Transition Requirements
Maintain 8-9mm expansion gas between the wall and the plank
Area over 8-9 meters long or 8-9 meters wide need transition T-molding
Non-square rooms must have expansion or transition gaps separating them.
All door options must have an expansion gap between rooms.
